Now your company can offer benefits in a brand new way - by letting you decide.
Jordan Peace, CEO
Jordan’s favorite Fringe benefit: Jeni’s Pint Club
Jordan is an ideas man. He thrives on enthusiasm (+1 Fringe point for referencing the movie that line is from). Other than being squarely in the top 90% of dads and the world's median husband—he also looks exactly like Bradley Cooper's far less attractive brother and sounds like Owen Wilson if he were from Virginia.
Jason Murray, Finance
Jason’s favorite Fringe benefit: Urban Sitter
Jason, or J-Money, as we call him—is the father of 2.99 children, a scholar, and a coffee and whiskey enthusiast. In his hypothetical free time, Jason would enjoy playing guitar and chopping logs while wearing a fitted lumberjack shirt. Jason literally started this company to lock down free babysitting for life and to have his groceries delivered.
Chris Luhrman, Operations
Chris’s favorite Fringe benefit: Apple Music
Chris is Mr. Get-It-Done. A 70-year-old in a 33-year-old's body, Chris enjoys emails, newspapers, arriving early, and dinner at 4:30. Though we don't get to see this silver fox at any Fringe social events due to bedtime constraints, we are confident that he is cranking out work at the crack of dawn while listening to Elvis and reading the obituaries.
Brig Leland, Product
Brig’s favorite Fringe benefit: ClassPass
Brig is a massive wall of muscle. Each of the other founders has committed 5% of our time to convincing Brig to keep his shirt on in meetings and to replacing many a broken keyboard he has smashed to pieces with his man hands while creating workflows and flow charts. When not at the gym, Brig is sleeping outside the gym waiting for the gym to reopen.
Isaiah Goodall, Sales
Isaiah’s favorite Fringe benefit: Headspace
Isaiah is, what he calls, a “focus expert”. In other words, Isaiah can only focus on one thing at any given moment. While brilliant at executing the task at hand, many would-be investors have stopped by our office only to feel snubbed by Isaiah’s inability to acknowledge their presence while finishing a well-crafted email. Isaiah is also the best listener in the world. When conversing with him, it’s almost as if you are literally the only other person on earth. His wife may be the luckiest woman alive.
Andrew Dunlap, Operations
Andrew’s favorite Fringe benefit: Lyft
Andrew is a bike bro. He can bike a kilometer faster than most of us can pound a fun size Snickers. His “enthusiasm” for the “sport” goes well beyond his skill level, though. Andrew is one of those people who actually believes that bicycles can share the road with the rest of us. Despite this folly and a commitment to biking to the office rain or shine - Andrew often carries the team, which isn’t too difficult for a man with thighs thicker than his torso.
Fay Manolios, Advisory Board
Vice President - Head of Total Rewards at Capital One
Anne N. Wilson,
Managing Director at PennyWise L.L.C.
Anne’s favorite Fringe benefit: Merry Maids
"Fringe is offering an innovative, high-impact way for employers to support and 'show care' to their employees, without the hustle of directly managing these meaningful benefits. After all, people are THE crucial system underpinning any organization's ability to thrive.”
DeJuan Brown, Advisory Board
Senior Director of Enterprise Sales at Seismic Software
DeJuan’s favorite Fringe benefit: GrubHub
"I’m excited to work alongside Fringe because it’s an opportunity to put action to the oft-repeated phrase, ‘it’s about the people.’ Fringe helps companies make that tangible in the Benefits they offer."
Tim O'Shea, Advisory Board
Sr. Director, Benefits Analytics, Ceridian & Clearview Logix Cofounder and CEO
Tim’s favorite Fringe benefit: Doctors Without Borders
"Fringe is a game-changer because it allows an employer to strengthen their employee brand with little cost and virtually no administrative responsibilities."
Olivia Mortensen, Marketing
Owner & Lead Designer, Mortensen Designs
Olivia’s favorite Fringe benefit: Amazon Prime
